If you're concerned about the whereabouts of your order, we can help when:
- You haven't received your order at all
- Your order has been lost in transit
- It's been a while since you ordered, and you haven't heard anything
First of all, we'd recommend checking your email for notifications from us. Sometimes, these are sent as SMS messages, depending on how you checked out. Make sure you check your spam folder, just in case.
If you still can't find anything, we can help! We track parcels with our delivery partners. If they've marked your order as lost in transit, we can submit a claim and arrange a replacement shipment.
Please contact us to confirm your shipping address before proceeding with reshipment.
